Initial conversation
In this conversation, we get to know each other and speak openly about our franchise system, your goals, and the next steps.
Contract discussion
If we decide to partner up, we walk you through the franchise agreement and all its terms and sign it together. We're happy to support you through the founding and financing phase.
Location search
We agree on a city and find a suitable location with you. You can choose from many pre-negotiated locations and won't have to search for one yourself.
Location build-out
A general contractor takes care of the entire renovation and build-out of your location. Meanwhile, we train you at our flagship store – from day-to-day operations to staff planning, accounting, and purchasing.
Opening
You open your Kaiser's® store with us. We support you throughout the opening phase and help you onboard your team.
Model 1
To Go location
Kaiser'schmarrn to-go, or "on the hand", always works and always will. This store model is ideal for shopping centers, including food courts, where public seating is usually available. It requires between 30 m² and 50 m² of retail space, including storage.
Model 2
To Sit location
Between 8 and 16 seats are ideal for larger locations. Larger locations are especially recommended on shopping streets or at transit hubs, since customers prefer seating during particularly hot or cold weather. It requires between 50 m² and 80 m² of retail space, including storage.

After signing the contract, we work hand in hand with you to find a suitable location. We also support you with negotiating and finalizing your lease agreement.
Once we've found a suitable location, a selected general contractor takes care of all the planning, coordination, and renovation of your location.
While your location is being renovated, you'll go through intensive training – both operational and administrative. At the same time, we support you in finding suitable employees, using the reach of our social media channels.
As a Kaiser's franchisee, you'll lead a small team of employees and work – at least in the beginning – hands-on in daily operations.
